Settlement Processor
Please contact the settlement processor handling your transaction if you have questions or issues related to the following: scheduling settlement, providing new lender information, payoff information for existing loans or associations, preliminary HUD requests, and payment information for invoices or other fees being collected at settlement. If you do not know who the processor is handling your transaction please call your local Gregory Taylor Title office directly.
Post-Closing
Please contact Gregory Taylor Title’s post-closing department at Greene@gregorytaylortitle.com if you have questions or issues related to the following: missing title policies, recorded documents, missing checks, unreleased deeds of trust, and documents on record.
New Orders
Please send new orders either directly to your settlement attorney or business development contact. If you do not know who that would be, you can send them directly to info@gregorytaylortitle.com.
